Welcome to the Tribe of Intruists. My mission with this website and organization is to empower you to become a positive Agent of Change in your life. The latter will be made possible by providing you with what I consider to be vital, and indispensable nuggets of knowledge. One can never know enough. By intentionally making time to expose yourself to new knowledge, you’re consciously priming yourself to become a powerful being.

My hope is that you’ll use this power of knowledge as a call to action. As you act on the knowledge you acquire, you’ll create experiences you can reflect on. As you objectively reflect on past experiences, you’ll become cognizant of your strength and weaknesses. The humble awareness of your strengths and weaknesses, will reveal life lessons that will enable you to create a solid foundation from which to lead your life, and ensure it is headed in the right direction. Becoming a grounded human being is the single most-effective way of improving the quality of your life, and the lives of the people around you. Change your arc, and you will consciously change the arc of those around you for the better.

Bienvenido a la Tribu de Intruistas. Mi misión con esta página web y esta organización, es empoderarte a que te conviertas en un Agente de Cambio positivo en tu vida. Esto se hará posible por medio de conceptos vitales e indispensables de conocimiento. Uno nunca puede saber demasiado. Al enfocarte en crear tiempo para exponerte intencionalmente a nuevos conocimientos, estás facilitando el convertirte en un ser poderoso.

Espero que uses este poder del conocimiento como un llamado para tomar acción. Al actuar basado en el conocimiento que adquieras, crearás experiencias en las que podrás reflexionar. Al reflexionar objetivamente sobre tus experiencias, te darás cuenta de tus fortalezas y debilidades. La humilde conciencia de tus fortalezas y debilidades revelará lecciones de vida que te permitirán crear una base sólida por la cual conducir tu vida en la dirección correcta. My name is Johnathan Peña. I am the founder and creator of Tribe of Intruists. I am a proud American with a Hispanic/Latino heritage born in the City of Lawrence, MA, who was raised and currently resides in the City of Reading, PA. I am a United States Marine Corps Veteran, and currently work as a full-time Law Enforcement Officer in Berks County, PA.

It fills me with pride to say that I am a success story that was raised within a broken family, inside the limits of an urban environment. Like you I have faced, currently face, or have observed others face a variety of familial, societal, financial, emotional, and spiritually (to name a few) challenging times. Challenging times have served to break my spirit, while simultaneously forcing me to forge an intruistic growth mindset based on accountability, objectivity, and legacy. If life has taught me anything it is that we all have a story. How we view that story can have dramatic positive or negative impacts on our mindset and our actions.

I encourage you to keep an open mind, join the conversation, and find out what the power of an intruistic belief system and code of conduct can do for you and our communities.

Mi nombre es Johnathan Peña. Soy el fundador y creador de Tribu de Intruistas. Soy un Americano orgulloso con herencia Hispana/Latina que nacio en Lawrence, MA, que se crió y actualmente reside Reading, PA. Soy un veterano de la Marina Estaunidense y actualmente trabajo tiempo completo como un Oficial de la Ley en el condado de Berks, PA.

Me enorgullece decir que surgí de una familia rota, dentro de límites de un ambiente urbano. Al igual que tú, he enfrentado, enfrento actualmente o he observado que otros enfrentan varios momentos familiares, sociales, financieros, emocionales y espiritualmente (para nombrar algunos) difíciles. Tiempos difíciles han roto mi espíritu, y me obligaron a forjar una mentalidad de crecimiento intruista basada en responsabilidad, objetividad y legado. La vida me ha enseñado que todos tenemos una historia. Cómo vemos esa historia puede tener un impacto bueno o malo en nuestra mentalidad y nuestras acciones.
